-Inventory is staying low, which is usual for this time of year
-Median number of days on market is low, following a trend over the past few years
-I don't see it getting any easier for a buyer to find a home
-I believe prices have hit the ceiling of affordability
-Buyers can only push so far and are limited by what a lender will loan them
-We see this in the 3 bed home market (Hit $350,000 and then went flat)
-If you are thinking of listing, now is the time
-It is also a good time to jump on a home if you are buying
-Prices will start to climb this month for the spring rush.
